When you enter this basement you are greeted by a superbly designed entertainment space. The wet bar area is impeccably trimmed out in cherry paneling, granite slab countertops and stainless steel appliances. Guests can be served at the wet bar and either watch the TV from where they are sitting or spin around to cheer on the billiard players or folks at the poker table. All spaces in this entertainment area are close enough to be part of the action. Additional seating was created by adding a knee wall with a granite tile countertop.

The bedroom and gym are down the hall next to a well-appointed 3/4 bathroom.
