What is more fun than to work with a homeowner who is also an architect and wants to create an amazing space.

The staircase was turned so that visitors would come into the basement and be greated by an amazing visual of the wet bar, tv area, and billiard room. The wet bar seats five people and has tile countertops with a custom backsplash.

A bedroom and large bathroom with a steam shower were designed and built in the area behind the stairs keeping with the plan to have the private areas removed from the public areas.

The homeowner added faux paint details to bring color and vitality to the basement.
