Denver Cheesman Park Basement

This fun basement came together with mixed media materials and sleek contemporary fixtures. The exposed brick wall and wood backsplash tile bring a combination of texture and color into space. Two floating shelves on either side of the wall mounted television hold oversized liquor bottles and also shine task lighting onto the counter. The frosted glass wall cabinet provides extra storage while complementing the sleek glass top dining table. The clients chose to install multiple under counter appliances including a wine refrigerator, beverage center, and dishwasher. The glossy slab front drawer bases bring a European feel to the space with their adjustable feet, which makes for easy cleaning! The thin quartz counters, pendant lights and bar stools all come together to make the space feel clean and contemporary. The black painted walls lead to a modern take on a wine cellar, with a hallway full of wine and a private stash room in the rear. The oversized black tile floors in the wine room blend well with the dark luxury vinyl tile throughout the basement. The modern flare is carried through to the living space, with a contemporary wall mounted fireplace and television above. A bonus room in the basement makes  for a perfect play area for kids or a quiet retreat for parents.
